Welcome to Captain Bill's Sharkuterie!

Captain Bill was a pillar of his community, entrepreneur, philanthropist and caring soul to anyone he came across!  He was an avid fisherman and later in life became a charter boat captain for many years, owned a bait shop, and found joy being out on the water with a fishing pole in hand.

Due to an unfortunate health complication after an emergency surgery, Captain Bill was left with some permanent disabilities, but his passions and zest for life are still very apparent in his healing journey. He now gets around in a wheelchair and has right sided paralysis. He was also left with a verbal disability called Aphasia.

His passions are to help others and is very protective in nature. He is a foodie at heart with great ideas on how to pair delicious ingredients to make one fantastic meal.

Captain Bill has been on this healing journey, which has been a road, but on that road we have made it an adventure.

He has found it difficult to get back to a fulltime job and career able to accommodate his new way of living with disabilities. So his first mate Kat (that's me) came up with an exciting new idea to help provide and enjoy the passions and joys of life that God gave to him, ergo, the light bulb moment...Captain Bill's Sharkuterie. As Bill and Katherine found themselves in this crazy life circumstance, thinking “it could never happen to us" and traveling down many unfortunate roadblocks in the healthcare system, realizing the need for help was greater than the assistance being received, and unfortunately still finding ourselves fighting for simple daily needs and care, these crazy life situations pushed us to be creative in how we make money and keep a roof over our head, which is why we started this new journey.

This exciting new adventure has brought Captain Bill's Sharkuterie to life and brought the Captain so much joy; which is confirmation that this is God’s direction. What better way to enjoy life than to follow God by faith and trust the process!

First Mate Kat is Captain Bill’s full time caregiver. Her passions are helping others and living a life with faith in Christ, joy, and laughter. She has a background in Fine Arts and Food Service and her creativity and ideas helped aid in this amazing new adventure that both her and Captain Bill are excited to embark on. She is always brainstorming the next new idea so get ready for some very exciting new things down the pipeline.

We are bringing a new take on “sharkuterie” (charcuterie) and preparing some delicious “snackle boxes” (tackle boxes) filled with tasty snacks, yummy cheeses and delicious meats for your beach going  and boating days.  Each box is handcrafted and designed to meet every savory and sweet SNACK ATTACK craving!

Our Boards are meticulously designed to complement each delicious bite. Some have been created to compliment a specific theme for a fun filled night and many have been designed to celebrate the simplicity of combining ingredients to make an aesthetically pleasing beautiful board filled with savory cheeses and delicious meats displayed with fresh fruits and tasty jams and a countless bountiful accoutrements for any and everyones  particular liking.

 Our grazing tables are our way of setting you up for success so you can entertain with ease. Packed with every possible accoutrement, accompanied by all of your favorite crackers, complimented by your favorite brined olive, and of course the best cured meats and delicious creamy cheeses. We include fresh fruit and crisp fresh veggies with a series of dips and jams and honey for your added flavors. 

Our Mobile "Sharkuterie” Cart is our amazing way to bring all of your favorite charcuterie delights right to your home or event for your next gathering. We accommodate every social gathering. Travel to homes, baby and wedding showers, weddings, work parties and events, and anywhere you would like to bring the joy of meats and cheeses to celebrate with your people.
